The Daily Pennsylvanian 笔谤辞蹿别蝉蝉辞谤听David S. Cohen Feb. 5 on the Women鈥檚 Right to Know Act, which has been introduced in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
The law would require women seeking abortions to undergo an ultrasound at least 24 hours before the procedure, and medical personnel performing the test would be required to point the monitor toward the patient.
Cohen questioned the constitutionality of the bill and said it鈥檚 鈥渋nherently sexist鈥 because it assumes women do not know how to make decisions for themselves.
